All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CleanCrown Hair. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and the item must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. In addition, please note the following:
(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased
(ii) the following products are not eligible for return: lashes, used purchased hair of any kind and any used purchased hair care products.
